Academics, practitioners and observers in the field of foreign language teaching and assessment of Arabic, English, and Indonesian as a foreign language are invited to submit and present their papers at the conference through the mechanism of the Call for Papers.

Participants are invited to speak on the following topics but not limited to:

  1. Language program management/ evaluation
  2. Second language teaching
  3. Second language assessment
  4. Second language program policy
  5. Language skills for the 21st century
  6. Technology for second language teaching and assessment
  7. Second Language Teacher education and development

Submit a 150-word abstract to our submission system. The registration and submission procedure is illustrated as follow:



Selected full papers will be considered to be published in one of the following publications:

  1. ICLTA 2017 conference proceedings which is indexed by SCOPUS and Thomson Reuters indices;
  2. one of these DOAJ-indexed journals

In order for their papers to be considered for publication in the above-mentioned DOAJ-indexed journals, authors are required to follow the author guidelines that can be found in the journal’s website.
